The house is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. The area features various playgrounds and sports facilities for children and adults.

The city of Murcia is just a short drive away. There is also a bus route to city centre Murcia.

- Murcia Airport (RMU), approx. 35 minutes
- Murcia city centre about 15 minutes

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Air conditioning is paid for using coins in an electricity metre located inside the house. The guest has full control over the use of the AC and the associated cost. 1 euro provides about 2 hours of AC throughout the entire villa.

Please note that the villa is located in a private area. Out of consideration for neighbors, the guest must refrain from noisy activities after 10 p.m. or other disruptive activities.

A house is currently being built on the nearby lot, and some noise may occur during normal working hours.
