Less than 2 km from the ocean, this 160 m² villa can easily accommodate up to 10 people!
Enjoy spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms (1 on an open mezzanine), 4 bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the forest and a large private swimming pool with no neighbours in sight (pool open and heated from May to mid-September).
Come and explore the kilometres of cycle paths with the 4 bicycles available.
The ideal villa for a holiday with family or friends!
160 m² of living space, 5 bedrooms (2 master suites, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 on an open mezzanine), 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs.
The spaces are perfect for ensuring everyone's privacy.
Access to the swimming pool is via a gate that can be locked for children's safety.
The 5 metre x 10 metre swimming pool is accessible and heated from May to mid-September.
Enjoy a wooded environment with no neighbours!
The entire garden is fenced for the safety of your children and pets, and the gate in the garden gives you direct access to the forest and the Moliets lake.
Garden furniture is provided for aperitifs and a gas plancha for barbecues!
Four adult bicycles are available with locks. (Helmets not provided)
