Terraced house, terrace and balcony open to the golf course, located 50 m from a communal pool, and 700 m from the beach with 2 pedestrian access either by golf or by the forest. The house occupies a very privileged situation on the edge of the golf. Living room with American kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and coffee pod, TV (TNT) and WC. On the floor great dessing on landing with a barrier child safety, 1 room opening on a small balcony with a bed 140x190 and another with 2 beds 90x190 as well as a room of bath with TOILET.
1.5 km away, U Express with 24-hour station.
Secure park allowing the practice of multiple activities for adults or children with its Amphitheater of greenery of 680 places. Some activities are exclusively reserved for Pierre et Vacances tenants. The ocean offers a paradise for surfers. Calm house in nice surrounding

We had a great stay in this nice house. It was clean and well equiped,we had everything we needed. It is located next to the golf course,so it's calm there. Nevertheless, there are pools and several activities offered in the residence and the wonderful beach and the centre are in walking distance with restaurants, surf schools and supermarkets. The owners are very welcoming and always reachable in case needed. We all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year. Thanks for everything!ssschoolschools

Better than the pics

The little house is in the middle of a golf court. You have a nice view on the golf field from your terrasse / rooms. But be prepared that the lawn is mowed in the early mornings... It is very quiet and still Moliets offers lots of places to go for all ages and preferences. The beach is in walking distance, but takes ca. 20 minutes. The house is equipped with literally everything you could imagine. It is best suited for families with 2 kids. Tipp: Ask the owners to have the beds made for a small fee. Bring rackets for tennis or table tennis, beach volleyball - the facilities are all there and in very good quality. All in all the place is absolutely worth the money. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely little house in quiet area (outside of main season)

Lovely little house with everything we needed. The distance to the beach is walkable, but I am glad we brought our longboards (bringing bikes to get around the area is advisable, but not absolutely necessary). Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt; the no-contact check-in is very convenient. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Jolie maison bien située.

Très jolie maison bien agencée, et surtout très bien située à 700 mètres de la plage et face au golf. La résidence est très agréable avec une jolie piscine. Mr et Mme Breton sont très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cet endroit si agréable.

Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem kleinen Ferienhaus war traumhaft schön. Die Residenz ist ganz toll geführt und gepflegt und hat für jede Altersgruppe etwas zu bieten (Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Fussball, Spielplatz, Tischtennis 3 Pools,Basketball). Der wahnsinnig schöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Im Haus muss lediglich der Duschkopf erneuert werden und die Couch im Wohnzimmer. Vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Urlaub. Familie Grein

Maison très bien placée mais au calme. Nous avons pu tout faire à vélo. A 2 pas de la plage des chênes, légèrement excentré de la place centrale. Beaucoup de moins de monde en ce mois d’août er baignade surveillée. La maison était très propre et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles. Les indications d’avant l’arrivée était très claires. Merci pour cette semaine très chouette dans votre maison.

Vacances sportives au calme

Résidence très fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Le site est vraiment exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sans vis-à-vis avec vue sur le golf. Les infrastructures (piscines et terrains de sports) ainsi que la proximité de la plage ont permis à toute la famille de passer d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le lieu est relativement calme, vivant, avec un environnement sain car beaucoup de parcours de golf. La plage est à moins de 700mètre à pied. Le lieu est protégé et classé. Autant vous dire qu'on a pas vu un seul déchet lors de nos randonnées. L'hôte a été impeccable. Disponible et attentionné.
