WELCOME TO THE ALBIZZI FAMILY

For your holidays, you will stay in our DRAW apartment, very pleasant and nicely decorated with its veranda. It is located only 500 m from the main beach of XXL size and fine sand, in a very beautiful luxury residence with swimming pool and large landscaped garden which allows direct access to the largest golf course of Moliets.

OUR DRAW APARTMENT (Furnished ref. Town Hall: FR1CP42G)
In an atmosphere between Terre des Landes and the Ocean, our apartment with its terrace is extended by the garden of the Residence.
The veranda allows you to enjoy the furnished terrace at any time for your relaxation or your meals. The bay window opens very wide to also benefit from the outside facing hole n°17 of the Moliets golf course.
A very pleasant living room with a large bay window gives access to the veranda. The sofa bed allows a very easy transformation into a sleeping area isolated from the rest of the apartment.
A functional and very well equipped open-plan kitchen with a bar divider.
A bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds in an alcove for children or young teenagers. Sheets, pillows, blankets and light duvets are provided.
A bathroom. A separate toilet.

In the apartment there are many useful, playful facilities for the beach, leisure and for the comfort of the whole family.

As soon as you arrive, you will be able to use our many facilities that will be entrusted to you:
Fibre box with free internet access, sheets, fan, deckchairs, parasol with UV protection and screw stand, large beach mat, mats with backrests and beach bags, beach bucket with accessories, children's "puddle jumper" buoy, beach ball rackets, backpack equipped for picnics, market trolley for shopping, safety deposit box for your valuables, DVDs, CDs, novels, children's books, riddles, jokes, card games, poker but also HD flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio, vitro hob, oven, microwave, electric filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, teapot, toaster, fridge freezer, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer...

Cleaning and virucidal products are also provided.

Options possible on order and to choose from: shower towels (1 large and 1 small €10 per person), baby kit (high chair, travel cot with mattress, bathtub €30), cleaning after departure (€60).

THE SITUATION
On the ground floor, our apartment will also allow you to take advantage of the assets of the residence: secure swimming pool with whirlpool, large landscaped garden, volleyball court, parking and access to a large lockable common room for the safety of bicycles for example.
For your parking, a numbered parking space is allocated to our apartment. If you wish, you can spend a car-free stay. Everything is within walking distance.
From there, you can walk, and at will, to the supervised beach, shops, boutiques, restaurants, golf course or the pine and cork oak forest.

MOLIETS AND MAÂ / MOLIETS BEACH
If you don't know Moliets, it is a village with a pediment, typical of the southern Landes coast which extends to the ocean.
Moliets allows you to recharge your batteries in a soothing environment with its huge beach and its Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve.
For all nature lovers, it is a rare place in France that offers an oceanfront without buildings and stretches as far as the eye can see. The main beach is 1km500 long and is part of the longest beach in Europe (106 kms). Along the dune and the beach, you will find the links of one of the courses of its famous international golf course bordered by hundred-year-old trees.
Moliets offers festive entertainment, day and night markets, craft or artistic exhibitions but also a wide range of sports activities: surfing, golf, tennis, cycling, walks, hikes... and magnificent sunsets!
