"Our second stay at this lovely house. It is perfect for us visiting family who live in the area. It is very peaceful sitting in the garden but very easy walking into the delightful town for lunch, supper or a drink. Best of both worlds!The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which is important to us so that we can entertain our family. The dining area and barbecue at the end of the garden is an added bonus. As is the resident tortoise!!!!Communication with Mallorca Charme was very easy, they responded very promptly to any queries at any time. Highly recommended.."

"Finding the place itself was quite difficult. It led us to a small town near the church. It was hard to find by the address alone, but luckily you had provided the coordinates, and thanks to them we found it. The biggest impression was the garden! ️ Sitting on the terrace while a gentle breeze carries the scent of blooming fruit trees was magical. In the villa, we found everything we could possibly need — from kitchen utensils to a washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, and even several frying pans and pots. I especially loved the view from the kitchen window 🤩 With a view like that, I could wash dishes by hand forever ️ The house is spacious, with two showers, both very large and convenient. There are also plenty of outdoor and board games. A very generous host allowed us to enjoy the fruit from the garden — every morning we could taste fresh oranges and lemons, squeeze them, and drink fresh juice. ️ The only inconvenience was with the garbage. We had to take it into town and dispose of it there. But I understand that this is the rule on the island, as it was mentioned that trash is not collected there and guests need to take it out themselves."

"The property itself is lovely and well located. We visited at the end of March, early April and the villa was absolutely freezing. There were not enough blankets or duvets for the 7 of us so we spent our first night sleeping in clothes and using towels as blankets. The listing mentioned a pellet burner that would provide heating, but this was not offered, despite asking multiple times.The next day the owners brought a lot more bedding, but we felt that this was a big issue and messed up our holiday - they must know how cold it gets at that time of year and so should have been prepared. Particularly as we had 2 Granny's and 3 children with us. (which as known via the registration process)There were a number of other issues with the property - cooking equipment was very poor - not enough, limited utensils & pans to cook.- The listing is for 8 people, - only 7 chairs, 3 of them broken- Only 3 wine glasses (not the end of the world but when you advertise for 8 people, you expect the right number of equipment)- They have taken out all of the radiators and instead of cutting off the pipes flush with the wall, the pipes stick out and have been covered with a section of pool noodle. Not sufficient to protect a child that could run into one, or a grown up from stubbing a toe. I mentioned all of these to the agent via WhatsApp and they moved us to a different villa that had heating. Game changer! "

"Our second time staying here, and just as wonderful as the first. The house is spacious with beds, baths, and a kitchen on each floor. It housed our cycling coach team happily, with easy walking access to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor area is great and offers a lovely spot to sit and relax. Plenty of kitchen supplies for basic cooking, and washers for laundry that worked well. Keypad entry made it easy to get in and out for the whole team. Would stay again!"

"Enjoyed a lovely stay here over Christmas - lots of space for the children to play indoors (a very wet week). The house was well equipped - everything we needed for cooking & heating kept the property comfortable. Our Host was very helpful, knowledgable & easy to contact. The location of the property is excellent - various supermarkets & restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, easy access to beaches (20 mins) & city (30 mins) by car, but public transport is also excellent in Llubi.I would highly recommend this villa for families. I would happily stay there again."

"Just on the out skirts of Muro on Mallorca, this home was walking distance to downtown Muro, but still felt like we were in the countryside on a wide open property!There were fig trees with ripe figs, lime trees with limes, and other fruit trees on the property, which were all delicious!The home was quaint and cozy, but worked well for 3 people in 3 beds (2 bedrooms). The living room had a couch and TV and was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and mostly well stocked. We could have used a larger cutting board and a few more larger knives, but overall, we were able to make meals and enjoy the space.There could have been more blankets and towels, but we had just enough to use. We restocked the toilet paper and trash bags, so it would have been nice to have more of those supplies, but we didn't mind getting a few rolls/bags to contribute and leave there.Check in was mostly smooth, but I didn't realize I had to check in EVERY guest with our passport and full personal info, but I guess that is normal for international travel. Once I figured that out, it was smooth.Check out was simple and easy.Overall, we enjoyed the home and the central location to drive to the mountains and the beaches for rock climbing and deep water soloing! Thank you!"
