"Great location, perfect roof top terrace and pool. Very helpful staff we were able to store our luggage for the afternoon and spend time around the pool before our later flight. Also breakfast had nice selections and 11:30 am Check out is great. Only suggestion for staff to realize language difference. We bought tickets at hotel for sightseeing bus and directions to TOUR bus stop were not helpful. Third time the lady there understood (after we asked her colleague 2x) and helped us find the correct location. Down by the Douro River"

"Believe it or not, to escape the heat in Porto recently, we opted to take a mini 3-day vacation in Matosinhos in an air-conditioned hotel. The Sea Porto Hotel was perfect. The staff were all lovely to us and our room was perfect. We just might do this again in the next heatwave or until we get air conditioning installed in our condo."
