"Overall our stay at the Flamingo was great. The room was a little outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on in the lobby/casino, but it didn't interfere with anything. We used the spa and it was a great experience. The family pool was also a good time. "

"1 staff member for check in as everything is self serve kiosks. Half of the elevators didn't work. So long waits to get to our room. Checkout, we couldn't even get on an elevator to leave. After 30 min of full elevator after another we took the stairs. Fire exit took us to the street. We had to cross the street and around the building to the lobby. Lobby was absolutely packed, we could barely walk through. They don't have any staff working to clear a walking path. Food court had minimal options and no longer had late night options open. This hotel has gone down in customer service in the last 5 years."

"I booked through Hotels.com. They neglected to say check-in was going to be in the other tower, which was a very far walk from the main tower. Also, I thought I would be able to do the kiosk check-in and apparently that didn’t work because I was not in the right tower. So I waited in a long long line only to find out I was in the wrong place. However, the room and the service was very nice. It just was extremely frustrating. "
