EXCELLENT Apartment 2 Bedroom with Private Terrace and Sea Views

This two bedroom apartment is part of the popular Spirit of Mojacar complex which being a former hotel benefits from having a very large swimming pool with numerous sunbeds and neatly manicured gardens.
Access to the apartment is via a secured gate and around the swimming pool to the main entrance. Located on an upper floor you have a an elevator to reach the property effortlessly.
As you enter the apartment you have a large family bathroom with full size bath with shower over, WC, wash basin and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
There is a spacious open plan lounge dining room with seating for four people and doors opening onto a beautiful and large terrace. From the terrace you can enjoy spectacular views overlooking the swimming pool and gardens but more importantly the stunning blue sea.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and also doors opening to the terrace with incredible views.
The second bedroom is also a double with double bed and air conditioning.
