A perfect place for us having a little rustic charm and modern amenities.Super clean throughout with a large shower and bathroom and a nice big bed.Cozy sofas and WiFi TV, large fridge freezer and an oven which is often missing on similar rentals A private outdoor table for breakfast and evening drinks Parking is on the quiet road just outside the rose garden gates Charming hosts live in the adjoining house and are available for any help with local knowledge Would certainly return
It is attached to the lovely home of the hosts, so they were right there to help us with the front gate and the TV. We walked through a beautiful rose garden to our separate entrance.
It was spacious and newly renovated with a big bed, two sofas, and a private patio a good-sized kitchen with the largest refrigerator we had throughout our 3-week drive through France! The bathroom was large and had a wonderful towel warmer.
We had done laundry at a nearby big box, and it finished drying our clothes nicely.
We were just a couple for one night, but it would be appropriate for a prolonged stay.
You can walk to a 15th-century milll across the river, and the St. Pierre Abbey is astonishingly huge for such a small town, and is fascinating and beautiful.
