"We spent only 1 night here and surprisingly what should have been a lovely, quiet location was rowdy and loud overnight. Could have been an unusual event, but people in the street just below our bedroom window woke us at 1am yelling and running up and down the street for at least 30 minutes. Also the shower’s water pressure was quite low even with no other water being used. Otherwise the location met our needs. "

"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. Given that the apartment was full of extra bed linens it was quite odd that they would not...

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"

The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station.
