Recently renovated large home that is centrally located, to all the adventures, Keweenaw County has to offer! There is plenty of room for up to 8 guests to relax, from a day at the beach, riding ATV’s, or mountain biking in Copper Harbor! Trail #3 is about a block away, and is the ATV or snowmobile highway, to the Keweenaw! Mount Bohemia is about 25 miles away for some great back country skiing or snowboarding.

Beautiful home. Perfect for a ski weekend to mount Bohemia. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty room to spread out. Host was very responsive as well. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay, large and beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking and easy access to the front door. Great place for mutilole adventures depending which way you want to go. We loved it and everything was handy, bonus of a few beautiful sunsets on the back porch!

Great Location!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Instructions and communications prior to our arrival were complete and clear. Check-in was a breeze. Beautiful home, very clean with well-appointed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. When you stay here you’re only a short drive from all the Keweenaw has to offer.

Perfect for a family!

We were very happy with this property. Well stocked, plenty of room, and very clean (and I have high standards!). Great location too, even had sandhill cranes visit the backyard. Lovely and quiet!

Connecting with family

My family has vacationed in the Keweenaw for years and years. This trip brought us together for a family funeral. The house was perfect for all of us, plenty of space, very comfortable and clean! It was great staying in Mohawk, close to all the places we love to see. We feel lucky to have found this home and recommend it to others! Thank you!

Weekend in the Keweenaw

The house was a great fit for us. It was a bit bigger and more comfortable than what I thought it would be. It felt like a safe neighborhood and N easy drive up to Copper Harbor or down to Houghton. We would consider staying here again in the future!

Lovely home.

We all loved this beautiful home. It was so spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Centrally located for the Keweenaw. David has a notebook of ideas, that we found very helpful. Hope to go back someday.

Felt like home

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed. We drove a pick-up without a topper and the space on the front porch was perfect to”store” our bag chairs and a couple of storage tubs we brought with us. Great proximity to all the places we visited. I would definitely stay here again.

The house in Mohawk blends into the backside of a quiet neighborhood. The backyard blends into the trails and woods beyond. Big. Convenient. And super clean. Highly recommend!

Cute house. Comfy beds. Clean. Property description was accurate. This was our first Vrbo rental and it was amazing to have a larger space to relax. Mohawk is nicely located close enough to Houghton where we spent most of our time (MTU move-in) and all the other cool towns on the Keewanah.

Loved this home!

The home is absolutely beautiful, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice! It is big and spacious and spotless. The decor is beautiful throughout. The location is great. The host was very easy to get ahold of and he was also very gracious when I told him that I accidentally ruined beyond repair a lid to one of the pans. I would definitely be staying here again when I come to the Keweenaw Peninsula.

A lovely homey feel with everything we could have wanted

The house and our experience there was far better than we'd ever expected. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the week we were there, and though we never talked to them in person, we had no need to contact them since they'd thought of everything! Nice quiet neighborhood and close to Glacia, Slim's, and Mohawk Superette where you can get the best pasties in the Keweenaw.
