"Great hotel and SUPER staff. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location - 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. To be honest, it’s starting to show some wear and tear - carpets, walls, bathrooms etc. Still nice, but a bit of a facelift might make sense before it gets too far gone. "

"Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!"

"The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1.30 - 3.30pm and dinner 8 - 11. So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much. Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot. The food was repetitive but good. Location was fantastic right by local marshes that are a parc natural. Cleanliness was very good and housekeeping team were fantastic. Staff in general were friendly. Overall a great stay"
