The spacious, fully fitted, high-end 3 bedroom villa is located in Playa Del Cura, Mogan, Gran Canaria, Spain and comes with a fully fitted kitchen and 2 private bathrooms with shower. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

The villa is ideally suited to take advantage of the all-year-round weather of Gran Canaria and provides magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and mountains of south-west Gran Canaria. This two-floor villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV and direct access to the outdoor area. Much attention to detail has been given to ensure a warm and modern atmosphere, ensuring visitors feel right at home. The master bedroom has its own terrace and an exceptional panoramic view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. There is also a utility room, where you will find the washing machine etc. Towels, Linen, Hair dryer, Iron and Board are provided.

Please note this is a self-catering villa – we do not provide room service, towel or linen change. The apartment is not suitable for handicapped people.

In the evening you can spend time on the porch, watching the clear sky, the ocean and mountains while drinking a glass of wine.

This property is located within a Residential Complex. Residencia Monseñor offers a pleasant environment, with peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Therefore any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!

All areas within Monseñor are available for you. The tennis court must be reserved at the multi-language reception (where you can also rent a car) and a small fee may apply. The complex features 4 all-year outdoor swimming pools (one heated with a waterslide), a children's pool, a puddle pool, a tennis court, an international á la carte restaurant, a German style bakery and cafe, an original Spanish Tapa Bar, a Pool bar, a mini-supermarket, a hair dresser, an outdoor area with fitness equipment, a children's playground and a game area with ping pong, table football and billard.

This fully fitted villa enjoys all day sun at the large terrace with spectacular ocean views and is located in Playa Del Cura overlooking the resort and beach which is within walking distance. Playa del Cura offers a beach cove and a quieter location from which to enjoy the amenities of Puerto Rico, which is just 4 km from the resort. With it's relaxed atmosphere and lack of nightclubs, it is perfect for those seeking a quiet holiday.

Within walking distance you find a fully stocked Spar Supermarket (free delivery when shopping for more than €30), a pharmacy, an ATM, pubs, shops and a number of very good restaurants (e.g. Guantanamo and Vista Mar - please use your favorite search engine for more info).

Gran Canaria enjoys a sophisticated public transportation system (bus) and from Playa del Cura, you can reach almost any place on the island within 90 minutes. Bus number 91 connects Playa del Cura directly with the airport.
