Necesita mejoras

Nos gustó porque es sólo para adultos y tranquilo. El apartamento es amplio pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear ( pelos por todos lados) la cocina tampoco estaba bien limpia ( manchas de aceite y mala en todos los muebles y microondas) además éste último no funcionaba bien. Sólo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y entra tanta luz del salón que si cierras la puerta del dormitorio no te llega el fresco, un despropósito.

TV med kun spansk og tyske programmer (dubbet).Skiftet håndduker 3 ganger og sengetøy 1 gang på 14 dager. Personal som snakket dårlig engelsk. En av 3 snakket bare spansk, men de var hyggelige og ydet god servise. Fine leiligheter. Rolig og avslappende omgivelser.

The apart was good in general, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The problem we had was with the bed, we were traveling as a couple and the bed was not a double/king but two separate singles that were put together, but it was sliding away from each other all the time. It would be nice if they provide toillettrie.

Lovely staff, nice clean and modern rooms with everything you need. Terraces in each apartment looking out over the whole of puerto rico. Great pool area that is always quiet and a shopping center 5 mins walk away full of bars and restaurants.

Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Was gar nicht geht, ist der lärmpegel der Diskothek in der Nacht bis 4 Uhr . Ein schlafen ist schwer möglich. Ansonsten hat man tagsüber den Lärm der Baustelle, auch nixht wirklich leise.

Great location up on the hills with spectacular views. Large sunny deck to enjoy. Very nicely maintained pool. On the downside there tends to be a fair bit of noise until the wee hours of the morning from the various bars below.

Ligging in Puerto Rico, enkel tof als je houdt van massatoerisme maar niets voor ons.Gelukkig ligt de accomodatie ietswat afgezonderd en hoger gelegen dan de andere resorts. Positief: De appartementen waren erg groot en volledig gerenoveerd met een groot balkon met uitzicht op zee en ochtendzon. Elke ochtend een ontbijtje in de zon was zalig! Schoonmaak en verversen handdoeken gebeurt 5 op 7 dagen. Negatief: Geen schaduw op het balkon en naast uitzicht op zee helaas ook op het lelijk volgebouwde Puerto Rico. Meest negatieve ervaring was de vreselijke schimmel/vochtgeur in het appartement wat het verblijf een pak minder prettig maakte. Er liepen grote kakkerlakken op het balkon. De douche kon niet aan de houder want die sproeide dan de hele vloer nat en de douchebak liep onvoldoende af. Gerenoveerd door prutsers dus...

Ruim appartement met groot balkon

Ruim appartement. Netjes ingericht. Zeer groot balkon. 5x in de week schoonmaak. Nadeel: er wordt in het dal gebouwd aan een nieuw winkelcentrum dus geluid overlast overdag. In de avond juist van het oude centrum door de vele Britse pubs. Tip voor dit laatste: laat in de nacht de airco op hoge stand blazen.

Dejando claro que los centros comerciales al aire libre del Puerto Rico son bastante bulliciosos... el hotel es muy tranquilo. Tiene unas vistas al pueblo espectaculares. Muy buena la atención de todo el equipo. Lo espaciosas que son las habitaciones y la terraza. Hay sitio para aparcar sin dificultad. Nos gustó mucho la piscina, que también estaba muy tranquila siempre. Algunas pegas: Se estropeo un par de veces el ascensor, haría falta más menaje en la cocina y dejaría a alguien en recepción por la tarde. En general muy satisfechos.

Все понравилось. Номера новые и стильно обставлены. На кухне достаточно посуды. До пляжа на авто 5 мин. В целом все ок. Единственное, что раздражало это плохой интернет, который к тому же еще был и платный... за каждый телефон 1 евро в день! Так при этом нужно было постоянно заново вводить логин и пароль в течение дня. Не понимаю зачем создавать такие неудобства постояльцам?!

Me ha encantado el hotel y el lugar, es un lugar muy tranquilo, para estar relajado con tu pareja es ideal. El chico que nos atendio muy muy simpático y muy atento en todo momento. Sin duda alguna volveria a Gran Canaria y al apartamento de Santa Claudia. Muchas gracias por todo! Nos a encantado estar esos tres días allí. El apartamento muy limpio y todo muy ordenado. Recomiendo que si vais a estos apartamentos tengais o alquileis algun coche. Nosotros alquilamos un coche y todo perfecto.

I came here for peace and I got nothing but noise

Nice place but too noisy. Contraction of a new shopping centre during the day and music etc in the evening. I came here for peace and didn’t get this at all. Ian at the bar was a lovely guy and really helpful and Samatha the maid kept the place spotless. I would not return.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the friendly reception staff who escorted me to my apartment. The apartment was new and very well equipped . Everything you need for self catering . Comfortable bed great shower and the maids were very friendly too . Great big balcony with great views and comfortable seating getting the sun for most of the day . Snack bar available for a great breakfast and refreshments by the lovely pool area .
