Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Modliszow?
The best area to stay in Modliszow is the village centre, particularly around the main road, for its convenient access to local amenities and the surrounding natural beauty.

The village centre is quite compact, with a few local shops and eateries dotted along the main thoroughfare. It's an excellent base for those looking to explore the picturesque Lower Silesian countryside, offering direct routes to hiking and cycling trails. The general layout is rural and spread out, providing a peaceful retreat.

Couples looking for a quiet escape will find the village centre appealing. It offers a relaxed pace of life, with opportunities for leisurely walks and enjoying the local scenery.
When is the best time to go to Modliszow?
The best time to go to Modliszow is during the late spring (May to June) and early autumn (September to October).

These months offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures and less rainfall, making them ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The countryside is particularly inviting during these periods, with blooming flowers in spring and colourful foliage in autumn, superb for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling.

For travellers who prefer a quieter experience and cooler temperatures, September and October are excellent. The summer crowds have thinned out, and the mild weather is superb for visiting historical sites and enjoying the local cuisine without the intensity of peak season.
