Meravilla is an exclusive villa with private swimming pool situated halfway between Modica and Scicli, late baroque towns of the Noto Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage.

These well-equipped outdoor areas are complemented by its cosy interior, which includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower. On the first floor of the villa there is an independent flat, which is occupied by the owners from September to mid June (and which remains closed from mid-June to the end of September). The villa comes also with wi-fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sonos system, ice maker and coffee machine. All rooms are air-conditioned. Perfect property for relaxing holidays, Meravilla is also an ideal base for exploring the charms of south-east Sicily: from the lovely beaches and fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, from the archaeological sites of Kamarina and Cava d'Ispica to the Vendicari nature reserve.

Ground Floor: large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower, 1 twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower, wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.

Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00



Services included: final cleaning, bed linen and towels, water, gas and electricity consumptions, air conditioning, heating.



Extra services (to pay on the spot): safety deposit euro 1000 in cash.



During low and mid season periods, the first floor of the villa will be inhabited by the owners. The swimming pool and wellness area (whirlpool tub, emotional shower and relax area can be used freely. For the sauna and turkish bath it is necessary to notify the key-holder 2 hours before) will always be for the exclusive use of guests.
