Tucked within a quiet gated enclave of nine townhouses, this modern two-bedroom, two-bath home (renovated in late 2022) blends island charm with everyday comfort.

Step through the front door into an airy open-plan layout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining nook, and cozy living space that opens to a lush garden patio - the perfect spot for morning coffee, yoga, or a glass of Mount Gay rum at sunset.

both bedrooms are upstairs, and feature king-size beds, air-conditioning, and insect-screened windows for cool, peaceful sleep. The master includes an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and the second full bath is conveniently located downstairs.

Great south coast location

This property was excellent very spacious and suited everything we needed. The location was very good close to supermarket, restaurants and beach a short walk away. The host Stacey was awesome always available if needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property

Property was so amazing, that sometimes we just chilled in the garden and had barbecues in the sun. Everything you need was in this property. Very close to beach, bars and shops only approximately 5 mins walk. Stacey the host was there to greet us when we arrived and was always available for any questions. Definitely recommend this property

Lucky to have found this gem!

We went to Barbados to join family members in this area. We were 3 adults, 36-44 years old. We booked about 7 months before our trip. We spent 1 week looking for the right place for our stay and we made the best choice EVER. The pictures of the listing are great but the place is so much better once there. The rooms are spacious, it is realy clean, modern and convenient. The yard is huge, we saw a family of monkeys passing by, many species of birds and a few mongouses. Quiet neighbourhood, the faubourg villas are in a secured fenced and private setting.The villa itself is just amazing. But what is even better is the location. It is a short (less then 5 minutes) walking distance away from 2 of the best beaches of the area (Rockley and Worthing). Less then 8 minutes from grocery stores and tons of nice restaurants from 2 to 15 minutes away. (Starbuck 2 minutes away). The family we joined there have been travelling to this area for 5 years and when they visited our villa they were jaleous that they never got a nice place like this to stay. AND the BEST part, is the host. Stacey is just amazing! She is a generous and welcoming host. Book this villa, you will not regret it!!
