The bathroom offers a modern shower cubicle, complete bathroom fixtures, and a welcome kit consisting of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Every area of ​​the house has the right intimacy, whether you are a group of friends or a small family.

The property is located close to Viale Buon Pastore, a strategic area as it allows you to reach Modena Cathedral in 15 minutes on foot, a unique and priceless example of Romanesque art in the world, together with the Ghirlandina leaning tower and the adjacent Piazza Great.
