Lemke cottage

Beautifully presented property in lovely quiet location. It's clear that so much love and care that has gone into every detail. The rustic decor and incredible selection of historical items and furnishings are fascinating and totally charming. Perfect for a weekend getaway and reset.

Relaxed and refreshed

Beautiful old cottage, decorated in keeping with its history even down to the wooden pegs! All the mods cons for a wonderful stay yet feeling like your surroundings are back in time. Peaceful and relaxing. Our only issue was that the WiFi was a bit tricky but for us that detachment from the world allowed for a more relaxed stay!

Weekend Away Up North

Very impressed with renovation and presentation with many little touches such as continental breakfast ingredients, books and brochures on the area, high standard of fixtures and fittings. An ideal base for our activities including gliding at Stonefield, meet with friends at Tanunda and a few wineries. Very relaxing spot.

Quaint Cottage

This was a beautiful quaint cottage with lots of memorabilia together with mod cons. Wood fire made it very cosy together with central heating. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again one day.

Lemke Cottage 4-night stay

Fabulous historic cottage with impressive array of collectables to examine. Very comfortable with all conveniences, nice firebox and in a very quite part of the Barossa away from the main commercial hub.

A wonderful old stone cottage with some lovely old furniture and old time decorations while still having everything we needed. The main bed was so comfortable and cosy as well.

Beautiful Quaint cottage. Lovely comfy beds, great facilities . Great country atmosphere. Close to other towns in the Barossa Valley. Would absolutely recommend and hopefully return again one day.

A relaxing few days.

Wonderful cottage fully equipped. Amazingly furnished with many vintage items. The owner had thoughtfully left many provisions for our stay which were much appreciated. Lovely country garden setting.

Weekend Break at the Barossa

We wanted a quiet weekend away with comfortable and cosy accommodation.This is exactly what we got at Lemke Cottage. The cottage is large and bright with plenty of heating. Everything you require is there.Lovely sitting outside with a coffee and glass of wine.Will be back again in winter.

Cozy time capsule

My husband and I stayed in the property for three nights. We really enjoyed it. Peaceful, quiet location, lots of space inside and outside. Lots of things to explore in the area and then return to this beautiful cottage and relax surrounded by tranquility and local history. Museum and home in one! Fantastic holiday!
