With two bathrooms equipped with refreshing showers, guests can easily unwind after a day of exploring. The house stays cozy with heating and cool with air conditioning, making it perfect year-round. Bright and inviting, the space welcomes you to relax and feel right at home. This home sits on a corner lot so easy parking in driveway, the north and east side of house. Can run extension cords from the garage to charge up boat batteries. Room for 1 vehicle and boat in driveway, STREET parking for 2 more vehicles with boats and possibly 3rd.
