All gatherings /events require prior approval before booking and no more than 18 guests. The cleaning fee for gatherings is $200 due at booking

For stays over 5 days we require a cleaning fee of $125 and due upon booking. All trash is to be removed from the property or a $150 removal fee

For all approved gatherings/events, I request Mobile Police to monitor the property, in the event of disorderly conduct, all guests will be removed
