  • Located just blocks from the Football Stadium of University of South Alabama and the Mitchell Center you will love the location. Also close to Mobile Tennis Center, Robert Trent Jones golf course, and Springhill College. This spacious home offers open living and dining rooms and a well equipped kitchen just next to the back deck. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 twin beds. Tastefully decorated and easy to live in. There is parking for 2 vehicles. NO PARTIES.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The location was excellent, being close to campus: The house has been recently renovated, was clean, and was comfortable for our family. It was nice to have the backyard for dogs. However, there was no fence, which can be tricky for pet care. The house was adequately stocked to enable cooking. My biggest complaint is the lack of a dishwasher— when we arrived the cabinet was filled with dirty dishes, I assume from a previous guest. Yet the house checkout instructions told us to load the dishwasher! We also would’ve liked more communication from the host.
