Power outage meant my husband was not able to use his CPAP machine. Happily it was just for a couple hours. Maybe backup generators are not feasible for a large hotel?

Room AC wasn’t working well so was hot at night. We ask for a Fan but they don’t have fans?! Kind of disappointed. Rooms was comfortable but bath was full of hairs from previous people I guess.

This property is very outdated, the bed was quite uncomfortable, neither of the two window shades closed completely so we had direct light in our room all night. Loud thumping at 0200 in the room above us. I slept not even an hour. Breakfast was cold-sausage stone cold, omelet was ok, very limited bread selection and they looked dried out. Most touch surfaces need a good cleaning. The luggage rack was completely rusted. TV difficult to see because someone is using the wrong cleaner on the screens. The phones are ancient and unsanitary. I won’t be staying here next year at our annual conference. Normally Hampton Inn is a reliable experience. The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful when we check in. She’s a keeper!

Window shade broken and couldn’t come down so huge flood light in parking lot us up all night. Tv just quit, they did fix the breaker. No answer at front desk after trying to call them several times in 30 minutes. Had to walk down again. Key cards really hard to use. Loudest AC I’ve ever had. Not good
