Located in lovely downtown Fairhope. The staff was friendly and professional. If convenience is what you’re looking for, then look no more. Only negative for me personally was the towel track placement in the accessible bathroom.It is located directly above the grab bar, making the grab bar barely useable or safe for a person with mobility issues.

This hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying Fairhope. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The welcome center and history museum are directly across the street.

The room wasn't quite as clean as we expected and was quite noisy. We were on the first floor and heard every door slam. Sounded like a party was going on in the hallway. So a little tough sleeping. Breakfast was excellent but overall we expected more for the rate charged.

Great location! You can walk to anything. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Bed is comfortable but they need new pillows, so be sure to bring your own. We would certainly stay here again — with our own pillows.

Beautiful hotel. Enjoyed the bar area as well. Only complaint is I requested a blanket at night and was told it would be brought up but it never arrived. Tried to call guest services back and they stopped responding.

Hotel is desperately in need of update: scuffed and worn furniture, stained carpet and upholstery. Construction next door. We were given a room with scaffolding, bricklayers and machinery 10 feet outside our window despite the hotel being less than a quarter full. Someone tried to enter our room while we were sleeping due to front desk rebooking the same room. (Again, hotel was quite empty). When we went to desk to get new room keys as ours had been deactivated because of their error, the young man at the desk did not acknowledge the error or even say hello and give eye contact while preparing new keys. Desperately in need of training. When we checked out they couldn’t verify our booking because our room was under the name of the person they rebooked it with in error. Management acted like we were the idiots.

Hotel was more than adequate but less than great. New carpet would be a plus and a much needed update. Also, a never-ending smell to the room…cleaning products or something? On a positive side, we had a nice experience, staff very friendly and great breakfast selections. We were in fairhope for a soccer tournament, and it was Halloween time, so streets were blocked off for traffic making it difficult to find our way around. My ONE complaint is the construction going on next door, making parking a struggle. Would recommend with some tweaks.

I stay here frequently because of the staff and location. It’s smack in the middle of downtown Fairhope, an amazing town. They have a decent fitness center and nice breakfast. This trip my fitted sheet didn’t fit and came off the corners all night; I’m starting to notice the hotel is aging.

Sisters Shopping Trip

Location Location Location - love staying here. Best restaurants are in walking distance as is shopping and the Pier. Used the pool for the first time and enjoyed the solitude and amenities. Note, they will be going through a renovation in the next 18 months so some things have aged. Don’t let that stop you from staying here. Still a great value.
