Elevators are a bit slow most of the time but otherwise a good stay. I’ve been here for a week at a time 4 times now. It’s always easy and the monorail station is super convenient.

We decided to check in at the Ruby Tower after arriving at the hotel because there was a long line at the other check in desk and we were already running late for the concert. The lovely receptionist there—I can't remember her name—helped us and showed us how to get to our room. After the concert, we arrived at our rooms, where the shower was much needed, and the plush bed immediately put me to sleep—possibly the best sleep I've had in a long time.

Great value hotel. Rooms were clean and there is plenty of parking. The location was also close to the strip and very convenient.

The room was quite big with a fully equiped kitchen; very useful. Very comfortable and quiet.

Very friendly, best customer service, clean quiet. I really liked it .
