"First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property...
