Room clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Cleaners. Reception staff. Maintenance especially. Had a few issues on my last day and both were dealt with satisfactorily (room safe not opening, later room key deactivated), the staff never seem to make it a problem and were keen to resolve the issue.
