    The Space:

    Experience all that Moab has to offer when you stay in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home with access to a shared seasonal pool and nestled in the stunning red rock landscape.



    Not only is this home bright and beautiful, it's also located on the 12th green of the Moab Golf Course. Other perks include access to the community's shared seasonal pool, open April through October, and its close location to the energetic center of downtown Moab.



    Gather by the fireplace on plush seating in the living room and streaming shows on the flatscreen TV, or stream your newly made getaway playlist on the complimentary WiFi. Slip through the sliding doors and out onto the patio, where you'll find a grill and outdoor dining furniture.



    Back inside, there's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for six, so it will be easy to entertain guests and spend time with one another!



    When it's time to turn in for the night, guests can retire to one of three bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom offer queen-size beds and flatscreen TVs and the last room has two twin beds. Add in the queen-size air mattress, and up to eight guests will enjoy a restful sleep here.



    With a private washer/dryer and two full bathrooms, you won't have to worry about staying fresh and clean while enjoying time outdoors.



    Spend your mornings by the community pool, or book a tee time for the nearby Moab Golf Course. Then, head out to explore the breathtaking landscape around you. Dead Horse Point State Park is just over 30 miles away, and Canyonlands National Park is just next door. Arches National Park is less than seven miles away, and no trip to Moab is complete without exploring the park's amazing formations.

Comfy Townhouse

We stayed over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. It was a very convenient place to stay and very comfy. The decor was fun to look at and really added to the ambiance.

Great home base for exploring Arches & Canyonlands

Close to everything while in a quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean, comfortable and the southwestern deco is great! No problems at all; info provided ahead of arrival& everything in great working condition. Would definitely stay here again if back in Moab!

Clean, well maintained and everything worked. Kitchen had the necessary cookware for cooking, wi-fi worked well, all bedrooms and bathrooms met expectations. Host was responsive and provided all the necessary info to check in and check out. Perfect for a Moab getaway.

Didn’t live up to expectations

It is not on the 12th hole of the golf course. Layout of the living room is highly uncomfortable. Patio was very nice. Bed in double bed rooms were awful. Very dirty throughout the whole house and not fully cleaned but the Vacasa customer service team helped correct that and were great. Dated interior and dirty carpet. Close to town and Canyonlands entrance.

It is a very cute condo. Washer and dryer didn't work very well. They have some beautiful carpets and rugs that could use cleaning. I specifically searched for a place with a pool, but the pool was closed even though the weather was plenty warm. That was a bummer. Other than that, place was nice, comfy, and conveniently located.

Great place!

Check-in and out was easy as could be, the pace was well stocked and clean. Overall we had no complaints and enjoyed our time there after visiting the national parks.
