We loved the apartment. It is very spacious, clean and quite and close to essentially everything. It has a large kitchen connected to a living and diving area which are all separated from the bedrooms, which is great for privacy. I would come again.

We love how much attention the owners have put into the guest experience. The pet sheets and bowls, the area guidebooks, accessibility bath seat, pack and play crib - all so helpful! Got such good rest in the comfy beds! Don’t forget to visit the Rock Shop on the north end of town, you can’t miss it if you’re into kitschy fun spots

Great condo for a family/group!

Comfortable, clean, well appointed condo with plenty of space for a group or family. Ample parking. Beautiful sunset view from the condo. If you're a light sleeper there is some highway noise and potential noise from condo guests on the floor above. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great location to all things Moab

Great location to all things Moab. Very nice condo, well appointed. I am only dinging the stars down to 3 from 5 for 2 reasons: 1) the ad states that one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and none do. 2) the pool key provided does not work on the fence. We called the property manager and they sent someone out within an hour. The property manager told us she would be back the next day with a new key. She never showed up nor did they contact us again.

My family of 4 adults stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect!! Sitting outside on the patio in the evening was great. All the beds were super comfy and there was room for the whole crew to sit together or go to our own space to relax. The washer and dryer and full kitchen were a huge plus and I appreciated the convenient parking and 1st floor location. Moab is a good town to visit and close to the parks! Lots to do here also. Would highly recommend this exact location again.

It was in a great location…open floor plan, but the housekeeper didn’t get done until 4:20 and the floors I can tell weren’t done throughout the entire house and there was long black hairs everywhere on the bathroom floor in the master bathroom…
