Surrounded by panoramic views and decorated in a warm Modern West style, this serene retreat is the perfect base for your desert adventure, whether you're hiking Arches, biking Slickrock, or off-roading nearby trails. THE LIVING SPACES

The Living room features a spacious light filled area with a nap worthy sofa and two club chairs adorned with colorful pillows, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Utah. Large Windows allow natural light to flood the space, offering stunning views of the surrounding red rock formations. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart TV (Roku) for streaming your own entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, inviting you to whip up delicious meals or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for your day’s adventures.

Sit and enjoy your meal at the dining room table with seating for 6 people. There is additional seating at the kitchen counter for 3 people.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Step into the private patio to breathe the clean desert air and settle into the soft outdoor seating. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the panoramic views of the majestic red rocks will leave you in awe. Throw a steak on the natural gas grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the setting sun.

The extended driveway has space for large vehicles and trailers. There is an adjacent parking lot for extra vehicles.

Our community has a shared swimming pool and hot tub a short walk away that were recently renovated.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The 3 bedrooms are havens of tranquility, featuring soft linens and comfortable mattresses that promise a restful night’s sleep. Each room is tastefully decorated, reflecting the vibrant spirit of Moab while providing a peaceful retreat.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, an attached full bathroom, and a TV.

The second bedroom has two XL twin beds and a TV.

The third bedroom has a new King size bed and new furnishings.

The second full bathroom is shared by the last two bedrooms.

Our home is in the Rim Village community nestled in the tranquil Spanish Valley, conveniently located minutes from downtown Moab. Our home offers easy access to local restaurants, shops and attractions while providing a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of town. Driving times:

•Canyonlands National Park -45 minutes

• Dead Horse Point State Park -40 minutes

The home was well taken care of and clean. Had all the necessities that we were looking for in the kitchen. Location was ok, about a 15-20 minute drive to Arches National Park. I would stay here again.

Excellent home for week-long visit to Utah parks

The house was spacious and spotless. Well laid out for both privacy and open gathering space. It is well located 10 minutes south of Moab to get supplies or meals. Easy drive to Arches. Longer but do-able drive to Canyonlands (Needles and Island in the Sky).

Perfect Moab stay

House was exactly as I hoped and great spot for us to spend time with our college aged boys. Perfect location to explore Arches & Canyonlands, but just past the hubbub of town. The patio is a lovely oasis for breakfast with a red rocks view. Angie is super responsive to any questions or concern. Would comeback in a heartbeat! Thanked Angie!

Good base for Moab and the surrounding area

Rim Village is a nice quiet resort outside the now very touristy Moab. The house itself has one of the best locations within the complex. The west-facing terrace has a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with many useful little things. Especially nice is the Weber grill with landline gas on the terrace. During our 5-day stay, various works were carried out in the complex... Roof work, construction work at the pool with corresponding noise and inconvenience. Unfortunately, we only found out about this the day before we arrived. Otherwise, we can clearly recommend the accommodation.
