"The Grovers were super responsive and accommodating. They are awesome. We needed to a special early check-in due to a same day funeral at noon. We were able to quickly wash/dry and iron laundry and make it on time. The decor is as the name suggests - like staying with Grandma. No frills and not roomy, but clean and comfy. My only suggestion would be to get a cheap wall mount smart TV for the kitchen area."

Also we had the lower unit which was nice for access but the guests above use could be heard stomping around a whole lot. Not so nice when trying to get some.rest. also an aside note. "The location to Arches and surrounding eateries was great. The space was mostly okay, not really room to eat at the table easily but we just sat in the couch and ate. Everything. Was as listed and was clean and nice. I could not get ahold of the management in the morning to see if we could get a little later checkout so we just left on time. All in all it was a great little place for one night we were there."
