"Friendly, almost family like atmosphere. There was (needed) renovations going on during our stay, but that didn’t matter too much.
We found breakfast a bit average and inconsistent but not for lack of trying and friendliness.
Overall a pleasant stay that could have been made perfect with a little more attention to detail (soap, lighter for candles provided in the room…. Just little things)

The WiFi never worked despite repeated promises that it would be fixed "in 15 minutes." Since cell reception is also poor, this is not a suitable place for remote work.

"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...

"Anda Lanta was quiet and peaceful. The resort is off the beaten path, about 30-40 minutes south of Saladan Pier. The resort is situated on a beach, which makes beach access convenient. The views are great and the Pearl Restaurant was very good! Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful. Our ferry from Koh Lanta to Phuket was cancelled through the night. We asked the reception, and they called the ferry service, confirmed the cancellation and refund, then scheduled us a private van from the resort all the way to Phuket."

Rawi Warin was brilliant - the room was stunning and very comfortable and the facilities throughout the hotel are all brilliant - amazing breakfast buffet, 2 great pools in the main area, pool bar and restaurant was superb. The staff throughout the resort were amazing and our 2 year old loved it. We would not hesitate to book again."
