"Despite having given an expected time of arrival there was no one at the premises. We phoned and text the number given and it took a good 20 minutes for someone to respond so we could check in. We had asked for an air conditioned room and this was not given, from other friends staying it, appears none of the rooms have this facility. The bed creaked so badly it woke us up any time someone moved. The room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we were there, no fresh towels or bins emptied. No staff...

"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening.
