The front desk service staff was kind and attentive. Because we were moving to Japan, we mailed seven pieces of luggage before our arrival. Once we arrived at the hotel, they had already been delivered to our room. The services were top-notch, from the front desk assistance and housing-keeping service to the onsen (hot spring) experience. The hotel is also located in a convenient area where public transportation, restaurants, and shopping malls are accessible.

This is an excellent location. It is a very short walk from the large train station, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and reasonably sized. The staff was very friendly and able to help even though I do not speak any Japanese.
