"There were ants inside the main entrance. The room decorations were dusty. The brown curtains were oily from handprints. The sockets and plugs were dirty. The door lock was messy as if someone had intentionally spread something on the handle. The guests in the opposite room seemed like they live there, and had absolutely no consideration for anyone else. They walked up and down the corridor talking on their phones. They loudly quarrelled with each other. They blow dried their hair at 2am. It was not worthy of a first or second class hotel."

"We unfortunately just stayed for one night, but we loved our visit and would definitely go back. Staying at Hotel Mader is like going back in time in the best kind of way. Very historic rooms though still warm and comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was amazing with every kind of food and so many drink options. The staff was very accommodating. "The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already. The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good. It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby. We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year. We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle in the room. We recommend the hotel to anyone going to Austria "
