"Perfect location next to Caracalla thermal spa, they have underground tunnels to take you to the spa. Close to Lichtentaler Allee, casino and trinkhalle! Restaurant had great food. Staff helpful with anything you need. Room was awesome with a huge terrace! Also a big bathroom with shower and a tub! "

"You should follow the driving instructions that the hotel will email to you. Google Maps will take you to the wrong side of the building, on a non-through street. They have a parking spot to unload your luggage, then overnight parking is in a nearby parking garage. The room on the park side was very spacious, with great views and a nice bathroom and shower. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. Room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, especially for a European hotel. Perfect location that was a few steps from great restaurants and shops. Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. Shower head was a bit tricky to position so that water didn’t escape the tiny shower door while showering. Would stay here again and recommend it to others."
