We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
