However, at 11:00 AM, a front desk receptionist knocked on my door. I informed her that we had been approved for a late checkout, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, the information was not communicated to housekeeping, and three different housekeepers subsequently knocked on my door. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel angry, as it disrupted our stay and could have easily been avoided. "

"There were no blackout curtains in the room so the light came in all night, there was dirt and dust on the lamps, the cable tv was very grainy, the staff didn’t follow directions with how to charge my cards but the biggest complaint was someone was smoking and could be smelled in the hallway. "
