Close to both the interstate and downtown area of Missoula, you can explore the Waterworks trail just down the road, walk downtown to see the up and coming Missoula art scene, grab some local food and drinks, see a live show, even catch a float on the Clark Fork River (summer activity). Glacier National Park is 130 miles away . The Bitterroot Mountain Range is 30 miles away and Seeley Lake, with plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities (all seasons) only 53 miles away.

Inside the loft, you will find an open layout, spacious kitchen and bar seating area. The living room boasts comfortable and updated furnishings/fixtures and a SmartTV for guest use. The main bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and luxury furnishings. The bathroom is located on the main floor across from the main bedroom. The loft has a single bed and desk area for remote work, journaling or reading.

From beginning to end, this was a first-class stay. The host gave clear communication that made arrival seamless. The property itself was immaculately clean and provided terrific value for my mother and me. Being 6'4", I was at first dubious of the upstairs bed, but slept wonderfully both nights. A great touch is that the art on the walls is by a local Missoula artist. Be sure to read the book on the coffee table--she has become a new favorite of mine. As we were leaving, Mom commented, "I'd stay here again." Given how frugal she can be, that was a ringing endorsement, and I agree.
Cozy home with railyard view. Fun to watch the train activity, and not much noise. Real pretty community garden on corner nearby. 5 minute drive to downtown..
Beautiful clean condo stocked with all the amenities. Was perfdct for our stay to visit my daughter at the university and close to downtown and the school!
Clean, exactly as pictured and described in the listing, well furnished, host was prompt and professional, fresh flowers on the kitchen counter & and small assortment of beverages in the refrigerator. We were there to help my oldest son to move out of the dorms and into an apartment. This location is close to UM campus, downtown and all services. It was a great trip in a nice location.

House was nice and clean. It would have been nice to be informed about the train depot that is directly behind the house. All night when the train cars get put together the entire house shakes. So there’s that.
We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and the location was very close to all missoula has to offer. The added touch of local beers being left in the fridge to try was a thoughtful and fun surprise. We will stay here again on our next trip to missoula. Thank you Greg ans team.
