Close to UM & Downtown. Refurbished 1350 sq ft w/ Gym, Laundry, Kitchen, Patio.
Centrally located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are a five minute drive to downtown and a mile or less from UM, Splash Mountain, fairgrounds, the mall and numerous hiking and biking trails.
This is a lower level apartment and our family occupies the upper level. It has complete privacy with it's own entrance and patio.

We've been staying at VRBO properties for 4-5 years now. This property had more amenities and features then any other previous stay. It was spotlessly clean and very well laid out. would definitely stay here again should be visit Missoula again.
This was a very clean property located close to University of Montana. We saw deer in the neighborhood each day. The basement was cool in the hot daytime temps. Great place!
Cute!! Nice, safe neighborhood and easy access. Very clean and well stocked. The description of the apartment was accurate- both written and in pictures. Good communication with our host and we would stay again!
The entrance stairs are tight and steep, but the apartment is large, clean, and well-furnished. We didn't use most of the amenities provided, since we were mostly not in the apartment during the days, but everything was reasonably new and in good shape. They really went the extra mile, with fresh (unscented) flowers, cookies on the table, food in the refrigerator, supplies everywhere. We had no major problems while we were there.
Our group of 25 from NY stayed for two weeks. We enjoyed this house as a practical home base for our excursions around the island. I was a bit concerned by some previous negative reviews, but was pleased with the overall condition of the house. It's a very decent house, not an immaculate resort. The owner was very helpful and responded within a few minutes for various questions we had. Bedrooms had good air-conditioning, central areas were comfortable with fans. Gated courtyard had just enough room for three large vehicles. The main floor kitchen was nice, but doesn't have an oven. The downstairs refrigerator needed some cleaning. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the upstairs balcony. The other outside spaces were usable but not particularly great. Windows only have shutters, not screens, but mosquitos weren't a problem. We did find a couple coqui and a gecko inside, but considered that a positive of being in PR. Many in our group enjoyed walking to the local bakery. Otherwise, it is a mainly residential area, not at all touristy, on the outskirts of the city, so is most practical if you have a car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
The property was very comfortable and well kept. And the cleanliness was excellent.
The property was exactly as described and was thoughtfully organized. The owners were great and were very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next visit to MO town.
Great location for us, we have stayed in a lot of different VBRO's , they all have different issues, this place only had a few, overall a lovely few days
