"We’ve stayed at various hotels in Memphis over the past 35 years, and this was our very favorite! The room was awesome, had a bay window that looked over the street and windows down the entry that let in a lot of light. The bathroom was large, well-appointed, and the shower was a great larger size with a great showerhead. The bed was comfortable as well. We’ve stayed at the Peabody even, and this was better! Loved the bar. The hot chicken was fabulous, and the breakfast was also delicious. Check out the first floor restroom and push the button for a fun experience! Will definitely stay here next time we are in Memphis. "

"The staff was super friendly throughout the entire place. We have an interior facing room which was so awesome. Hearing them close the store every night was cool. The bowling alley was better busy so definitely make reservations ahead of time. All hotel guests get a free express pass to the overlook which was a nice perk. The store is massive! One minute you're looking at clothing, then alligators, then boats, then fish. The place is filled with really great details to make you feel like you're emersed in an actual swamp. We stayed 3 nights which was perfect to mosey around the property and have 1 day throughout Memphis. Would definitely recommend!"

"Hotel was right across the street from where the Grizzlies play and the Rock and Soul museum. A block away from Beale St. and .4 miles from the Civil Rights Museum. Only had breakfast from the attached restaurant but the service was friendly and fast and the Shrimp and grits were amazing. Would stay here again"

"Room was clean. Nice that it was suite with a sitting area with separate TV from bedroom, sink, fridge and microwave. We had a balcony which overlooked Court Square which was nice. Beds were also comfortable. Highly recommend. "
