We stayed three nights during the Big 12 Basketball tournament - this is an older home but clean and comfortable. In a very quiet neighborhood, yet we were able to get to all restaurants, neighborhoods, and T-Mobile center in less that 20 minutes. Owner made the check in and check out process easy.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. My sisters and I stay here because its close to family we are visiting. Although there were only 4 of us, we each fgot our own bedroom and bathroom. It was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has everthing you need. The communications with the owner were exceptional.

Great visit to KC!

We had a great stay for our first time in Kansas City. There was plenty of room for all of us and we felt comfortable the entire trip. Everything was clean and well-maintained and we really enjoyed the large open dining room and living room where we could all play games and watch TV. The house seemed very close and or centrally located to all the things we did during the week. We definitely would recommend this house to someone else!

Very Nice!

We came to Kansas City for a weekend and attended events at Crown Center. The location of this townhouse was great! We were only 15 to 20 minutes away from downtown and the other areas we visited. The neighborhood was nice, and the townhouse was large enough to accommodate 8 adults very comfortably. Vanessa was very easy to work with and she responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again!

5 stars. Great communication and prompt replies. 5 completely separate bedrooms accommodating individual preferences with excellent mattresses. Even had those little extras you appreciate like small pillows and blankets for curling up to watch a movie, some seasonings and even a large crockpot in the kitchen to name a few. Perfect kitchen and table!

We spent a week here during the NCAA tournament. The place was perfect. The kitchen was great for us to cook, and we loved the size of the kitchen table for board games when we weren't at basketball games. And the location was fabulous. We loved the Overland Park area and the feel of the downtown area. Our host was super responsive to questions and everythign was as we hoped. We will be back next year! Thanks so much for a great visit!

Quiet and comfy!

We had a great stay in this very quiet, safe neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and everything was easy. We stayed for a whole week and enjoyed it. A super easy and quick drive to downtown KC. Excellent and prompt communication with the property owner. We had three parking spots right in front of the house. Great value for KC, would stay again. Loved reading the story about the homeowner in the book. 5 stars for the red door vrbo!

Location worked well for us. The kitchen was extremely well supplied for cooking/eating as a group which worked well for our family. Big fridge which allowed us to have plenty of provisions for our group. Two problems we had were small ants in the kitchen and mildew in the showers. Host was very good about communicating. Quick responses.

KC with Grandkids

This property was centrally located for the activities we had planned. 15 minutes to Union Station. 10 minutes to Splash Cove water park. Just around the corner (5 minute walk) to Crestview local park. 1 mile drive to Antioch Park which is large, wooded, multiple lakes, numerous paths, game courts and playgrounds. Close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and TVs. The host provided all the information in a timely manner. No issues checking in or out.

There's no place like home!

The property was in a nice location with great parking for up to 3 vehicles, close to the front door. Beds were super comfy, I would bring your own pillow. This is a nice size property, we had 8 adults and 2 teens; there was plenty of room to spread out or come together. It was so nice after a long day to return to a home and not a small hotel room. We made breakfast there, there fridge was good sized and clean and we found all the pans we needed to make it happen. We played some games, there was plenty of seating, and used the televisions, which were all ready to sign in to your favorite streaming. The WI-FI was great. The bathrooms are a little small but the double sinks in two of them helped out a lot. Host was amazing with communication and accommodations, Thanks Vanessa. I would definitely have no problem staying there again, and would recommend it to others.
