"Pros: Breakfast was pretty good in terms of options! We enjoyed using the waffle and pancake machines as well as the variety of juices. Staff were friendly and accommodating for our many Amazon packages. Cons: Staff were initially unwilling to check us in 30mins before check-in and wanted to charge an additional $30 for early check in. Conclusion: I would definitely stay again!"

"Unfortunately, with Hotels.com when navigating their website and choosing "Breakfast Included" it Does Not mean that breakfast is included with the cost of the reservation. I complained to their Customer Support 800 number when I was informed that I would need to pay $35 per person for breakfast even though I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having Breakfast Included. Breakfast Included with Hotels.com simply means that breakfast is "available" and may need to be purchased on your own at an additional cost. The Hotels.com website breakfast option needs to be revised to read "Breakfast Available" instead of "Breakfast Included", because breakfast IS NOT included with their reservations. My complaint unfortunately was ignored. This is a blatant case of false advertising."

"Dont be fooled by the photos. This place is small, dark, and there are additional fees that you will have to pay when you check-in that are not listed with Expedia. There is no continental breakfast, but if there was, I wouldnt eat it. The property is located close to the beach. The resort fee is a freaking joke. Parking fee is another scam that is paid by the day. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning."

"The room was very clean and quite spacious, with parking conveniently close. Check‑in and check‑out were efficient, though check‑in could have been more welcoming and informative. Breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff were outstanding. For the price, I would definitely stay again."

"This was our fourth time there, absolutely my favorite place! I’ve actually never left a review before but there was an incident this year with the resort fee that left a bad taste in my mouth. We know about it and have paid it every year but I was told by a very rude front desk girl named Keke. She told us the resort fee and the parking was due at the time of check out but after the first night we went down to watch the sunrise and got locked out of our room at 7am because they tried taking out of an account I only transfer $ to when I need it. We had nothing with us just room keys and a phone. It was an easy fix but it was embarrassing and inconvenient. I was also treated terrible by the same girl when I picked up a package I had delivered there. I was disappointed, normally the staff goes above and beyond for us. With that being said it’s a beautiful resort and I hope to come back again next year "
