About this property
1-bedroom house, sleeps 2
- House with exterior and parking (2 cars) as well as a gravel courtyard and lawn, ideal for workers on the move or for couple with one or two children, the living room has a sofa bed and possibility to put a travel cot in addition (ask me in advance if you need a travel cot and baby games at no extra charge)
The accommodation
The house is 45m2, a bedroom (the bed will be made) with dressing room, a living room with sofa bed (supplement of 10€ to prepare the sofa in bed), a kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet and a bathroom (towels available),
outdoor space with sunbathing, garden furniture table with 6 chairs, optional SPA 35€ on the 1st day then 15€/day (ask me at least 24 hours before your arrival)
Private parking adjoining the house, possibility to park 2 cars, vans or vans
Traveller access
The entire ground floor, the ground floor being an attic not accessible and not allowed to tenants

Outdoor surveillance camera overlooking the car park and the front of the house
