Enjoy this new 2 story home completed in 2023. The main floor features 1 bedroom, 1 bath and open living room, kitchen and dining room. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms which include a master suite with private bath and 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bath. Then finished basement includes a family room, bar area along with 1 bedroom. The rear yard features a covered porch, two patios, firepit and gas grill. Large driveway for parking on this quiet road. Located minutes from Notre Dame, restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful home close to ND campus

Wonderful home close to ND! Perfect for families with plenty of space, clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!

Proximity

The only complaint we have great have a great house clean good communication all positive it was not in proximity to Notre Dame. It was 2 miles not 0.3 miles.
