"Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees"

"3년 연속 출장으로 이용했어요. 시설 아주 깨끗하고 편안한 침구와 음료 무료 등의 서비스는 여전히 탁월했습니다. 다만, 프론트 직원이 작년 2~3인에서 현재 1인으로 줄어든 듯 한데 특정 요일 직원 분(콧수염)이 불친절하더군요. 조식 7~9시 이용 시간인데 8시 40분 갔더니 이미 끝났다고 보관 중인 빵도 먹지 못하게 제지한다거나, 수건이 지금 필요하다고 하니 나중에 알아서 가져다주겠다고 한다거나.. 기분 탓은 아니고 그 직원 있는 날 밤에 난방도 잘 되지 않아 조금 춥게 잠들었어요. 나머지 직원 분들은 여전히 매우 친절하셨고 주변 맛집도 많아 식사하는데 불편함이 없었어요."
