"Hotel Esperides is a lovely quiet hotel on the main road just across from the road into Myrtos, a quiet tourist town on the southern coast of Crete. Wonderful breakfast for 9 euros per person, with large assortment of foods. Small elevator available. Very accommodating when we arrived early from the ferry to Heraklion, Crete; we were able to purchase breakfast even before check in, and they got 2 rooms ready for us an hour or so before their usual check in time. "Laid back luxury. Fantastic hotel, one of the best we’ve been to. Went for baby moon. Place is quiet, full of families with very well behaved children, teen children, and couples looking for a relaxing time. All amenities are great - likely recently renovated. Food was delicious, didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for 7 days. Sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. Room is spacious. The staff is on another level of professionalism. Shout out to Simos - professional, kind, going above and beyond day after day. Very impressed. From the waiters, cleaning staff, reception stuff - everyone was absolutely great. Room exactly as advertised. Will absolutely return. "
