Room was clean. Front desk staff was average. Staff throughout the rest of the hotel was great. A second room key wasn't provided. Even though thete was 2 people in the room. I didn't quite understand that

Excellent stay in the heart of town
I had a wonderful stay for work at Bugando Medical Center. The room was clean and spacious- every day Frida took great care with cleaning and hospitality!
