"Overall great! The hotel is inside the main lobby of the Central Tashkent Train railway. After the security check, the sign for hotel is above the entrance to the garden on the right. Head straight to sign says VIP , enter the building and the hotel entrance is in the right. Very convenient bc I needed to catch the high speed train early morning. I used the hostel section of the hotel. "

"It was my worst hotel experience in my life. We agreed on airport pickup and dropoff service total of $8 and the next day they asked for 8 for each way Total of 16! There's a text from hotel confirming pick up AND drop off TOTAL price $8 however they woke me up and called me downstairs to reception twice to tell this. The main complaint is simply the check-in process. Part of it is not their fault: the system did not receive the data from Hotels.com, so of course there was some difficulties. & to be fair we arrived close to midnight so it was late & to be expected that there was only 1 staff working.
