"I could not expect more from a hotel. This hotel just got 4 Large room but everything is extraordinary here. Welcome drink is a fresh king coconut drink for each one of us and we are the only guests here, it is like the whole villa is just for us, nice staff, wonderful outdoor breakfast, large room space, quite environment, beautiful scenery, clean swimming pool... I am sure to come again."

"Mirissa is a popular area 3 hrs south of Colombo airport. Bed was comfortable. The property was down a narrow alley on a rocky no swim beach. The pool was green, in need of a good cleaning and Chem treatment. The towel rack in our room was broken and the shower pressure was 2/10. The staff were pleasant but ill equipped. For the price we expected much more."

"Excellent location and beautiful pool, stayed in deluxe room and had no issues, wifi even worked in the room because we were so close to the pool. We were on half board so had are breakfasts and dinners there, buffet style nothing special just good food. The location can not be beat right on the beach in prime position "

"We only stayed for one night however the hotel was lovely. Small boutique hotel right on the beach with lovely pool. You can access the beach and do snorkelling to see turtles and can walk up to the coconut trees. Approx 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to mirissa for a very small fare. Hotel staff went above and beyond for everything we needed. The WiFi worked however wasn’t strong enough in our room for us to fill in our visa for Malaysia so they put a router in our room! "Just an absolutely awful hotel. Do not be fooled by the photos, they are from around a decade ago. Everything is old, broken, full of ants and dead flies, the showers have no doors, the pool looks like a horror film. Some other guests had a party until 5am and when we tried to find a member of staff to complain to there was no-one all night. And then they claimed the next morning there was no party. We tried to ask for a partial refund but the owner refused and made us pay 100%. The...

"I loved my stay here, as the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super-comfy, with a medium-hard mattress. Slept SOOOOO well. Get the breakfast to start your day well - fruit plate, Sri Lankan omelette, coffee, tea, juice. The staff speak moderate English, and will make every attempt to ensure your stay is comfortable. Although this establishment is located well Google Maps is NOT to be trusted! Maps will take you to a location over the nearby creek (which stinks during the day)....

"Loved this hotel, great location just far enough away from the very touristy Mirissa Beach. Easy walk or tuk tuk to town. Pool was small but clean & great after a day sightseeing in Galle. Very close to Turtle Beach. Lovely eateries nearby....would recommend restaurant 101, only a few minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."
